Major Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to evaluate commercial initiatives, enabling scenario analysis, capital investment assessments, and strategic decision-making with flexibility and precision.

  • Lead monthly financial reviews and performance analysis (P&L + balance sheet). Proactively highlight and summarize insights into potential improvements/risks in addition to building the commercial mindset of the business.

  • Delivery of the overall financial performance of your responsible business including the achievement of revenue, profit and expense budgets on a monthly / quarterly /annual basis.

  • Meet financial reporting responsibilities ensuring results, budgets and forecasts are robust, appropriate and auditable. Responsible for ensuring that all major contracts are commercially reviewed, and relevant risks identified.

  • Preparation and on time delivery ofExecutive Committee management reporting, combining variance explanation and insights

  • Develop strong influencing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure maximization of commercial impact of relationships. Leading and encouraging collaboration between cross functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Collaborate across teams to support sales, operations, and growth initiative.Lead the development of alternative commercially viable propositions to stimulate profitable growth, drive operational efficiencies, effectively manage assets and increase annual Free Cash Flow

  • Ensure clear and defined processes to manage end to end ownership of customer deals/contracts.

  • Coach and mentor finance talent for future success

Education & Experience:

  • Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field

  • Finance Accounting designation

  • A minimum 5 to7 years related experience.

  • 3-5 years in Business partnering roles

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities
