In this highimpact role, you'll serve as the primary advisor to healthcare practices and organizations with revenues up to $50MM, owning the full client relationship from origination through longterm expansion. You'll bring a consultative, entrepreneurial mindset-leveraging the full capabilities of a leading financial institution to deliver sophisticated credit structures, treasury solutions, and integrated financial strategies that fuel client success.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of Healthcare and Practice Finance relationships, serving as the trusted advisor for clients with revenues up to $50MM

  • Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth through proactive business development, COIs, and industry networking within the healthcare ecosystem

  • Lead complex financial conversations and structure credit solutions exceeding $2.5MM, including lines of credit, term debt, buyouts, and commercial real estate

  • Deliver holistic financial solutions by coordinating seamlessly across:

    • Treasury Management

    • Payments

    • Credit Cards

    • Personal Wealth and Advisory partners

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $141,210.00 - 172,590.00
