Job description

TSC's Product Solutions (PS) Division is currently seeking a Project Manager with a preferred location based out of Huntsville, AL. Under the guidance of the Production Program Manager, the Project Manager will assist in virtually all areas of production management including: the completion of administrative tasks, supervision of projects related to production of units and coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure strategic objectives are met.

TSC's PS Division provides products and services in the areas of radar, communication systems, sensors, antennas and other electronics systems to the rocket/missile, radar/sensor system, communications, control systems, data acquisition, and signal processing markets. TSC has developed products ranging from board-level, application-specific-designs, to complete, turnkey radar and communication systems. TSC has established a state-of-the-art hardware capability that is well respected by customers in Government and industry.
Key Responsibilities
Under the Production Program Manager, assist with planning, execution, and completion of efforts including procurement planning, schedule development, and other tasks as assigned
Act as a liaison between team members, stakeholders from different organizations, and leadership.
Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines to meet objectives.
Lead and manage small teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and productivity.
Develop project documentation, including schedules, reports, and progress updates.
Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Contribute to process improvements and foster a collaborative, results-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Project Management, Engineering, or another technical field).
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a production setting
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management tools a plus.
Familiarity with government contracts and acquisition is a plus.
