Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and work with developers to implement scalable solutions.
Serve as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Perform gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement using Salesforce tools and capabilities.
Support configuration and testing of Salesforce features such as objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
Assist in managing Salesforce projects and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with business needs.
Develop and maintain detailed process flows, data maps, and documentation.
Conduct user training sessions and support change management efforts.
Maintain up--to-date knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and recommend best practices.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or IT Analyst, with at least 2 years working with Salesforce.
Proven experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce modules.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
Working experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM / SAFe) and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or Business Analyst certification.
Experience with data migration, integration tools, or Salesforce APIs.
Knowledge of reporting and dashboard tools within Salesforce.
