Job Summary

Manage large initiatives across complex pricing, customer ordering, and billing systems to ensure services and technologies operate effectively and stakeholder needs are met across NAOU, CBS, BSNA, customers, and the bottling community. Operate within existing constraints while identifying improvements and resource plans.  Leverage technology to identify opportunities to advance business processes.  Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and data analytics.  

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Interpret stakeholder needs and translate them into detailed, actionable work requirements
  • Perform traditional business analyst responsibilities to bridge the gap between IT and The Business
  • Leverage data skills and software (SQL, Microsoft Power Platforms, Tableau, Alteryx, etc) to deliver quick research as well as sustainable analytics solutions (extracting, manipulating, and visualizing data)
  • Serve as subject matter expert, applying knowledge of data analytics and process improvement to identify opportunities and drive change autonomously
  • Apply critical thinking to position our data and tools for success across multiple work efforts in parallel
  • Carry out work streams from inception to final execution, proactively identifying risks, streamlining cross-functional efforts, and owning accountability for success
  • Identify root causes of issues related to data or reporting, striving to understand situations in depth and with total accuracy. Carefully and creatively explain problems to non-technical audiences

CCBSS operates a hybrid working environment. This is a teleworking role that requires regular work at a CCBSS office location at least 1 day per week. The number of days required at a CCBSS office location is at the manager's discretion and will change based on business needs.
