Job Description

Position                       : Business Process Analyst

Location                      : Jacksonville, FL Onsite (local candidates only)

Duration                     : Long term contract

Interview Mode         : The interview process will include one internal round with my manager via Microsoft Teams (audio/video), followed by one or two rounds with the client. Please note, the client may also request an onsite interview.

Role Summary

The Business Process Analyst will report to the Transformation Enablement Manager in Jacksonville, FL, supporting the Business team in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting current practices, workflows, and business needs as part of the ongoing digital transformation. Collaboration with business areas will be a key success factor. This role is fully on site in Jacksonville, FL.

 Responsibilities

  • Facilitate discovery and design of cross-functional processes (current and future state)
  • Document, analyze, and trace current and future processes, procedures, and metadata to business capabilities, pain points, needs, use cases, etc.
  • Suggest improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency, speed, quality, and customer satisfaction\
  • Partner closely and build strong relationships with technology and business stakeholders
  • Maintain and foster relationships and trust with key partners throughout the company
  • Provide expert-level consulting to business leaders to develop appropriate analyses, metrics, and research
  • Perform other essential duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent organizational, critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical writing skills
  • Highly refined consultative skills for leading and facilitating cross-functional teams
  • Skilled at bridging gaps between business strategy, enterprise architecture, and business processes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a solution-focused, team-oriented mindset
  • Strong ability to interface with all levels of business and executive leadership
  • Proficient in modeling using Visio BPMN stencil
  • Understanding of process ANSI and BPMN standard flowcharts

  • Ability to translate technical language and complex processes into business-friendly terms
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solution and Power Automate

  • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher), BPM, CBAP, PMP
