Job Description:

  • Primarily responsible for supporting buy-side compliance analysts using Fidessa LatentZero Sentinel as compliance system.
  • Work with Compliance Analysts and other investment professionals in defining and documenting system requirements
  • Provide application support for compliance group globally
  • Perform application functional testing, create test cases and conduct UAT
  • Coordinate application integration tasks and the rollout of new application releases globally
  • Actively participate in data analysis and problem resolution
  • Manage relationships with both third party vendors and internal IT groups, coordinating the development, testing and release of software enhancements or entire new systems
  • Present user training on new or enhanced system functions
