Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

As a Business Analyst specializing in AI, process automation and business process modelling, you will play a pivotal role in managing, configuring, and optimizing the company's applications and technologies for both internal and external stakeholders. You will leverage AI to enhance business processes, improve application functionality, and drive technological innovation. Your responsibilities will include analyzing operational needs, implementing AI-driven solutions, and designing scalable strategies to support the company's growth and efficiency.


Duties and Responsibilities:

ยท Collaborate with Business Analysts and development teams to identify opportunities for AI integration into business processes and technology solutions.

ยท Work closely with internal resources and third-party vendors to execute AI-powered projects and initiatives.

ยท Track project tasks, milestones, and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with AI-driven objectives.

ยท Provide administrative and strategic support to project teams, especially during conferences, workshops, and AI solution demonstrations.

ยท Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs with a focus on AI innovation and business transformation.

ยท Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI tools, automated workflows, and project plans.
