Job description

Position Summary:

This role is responsible for supporting Information Technology (IT) operations, systems, and applications. This role will work with current IT resources, business team members, and external vendor resources.  Responsibilities will include working on service tickets that are submitted by different divisions within the company. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stakeholder Management, which includes successfully balancing competing priorities between internal divisions and external vendors while managing expectations for project delivery and off-hours support.
  • Attend regular meetings with vendors and other stakeholders across different divisions.
  • Day-to-day execution of project implementations: planning, tracking, documentation, status updates, and issue escalation.
  • Gather requirements through various methods, including conducting interviews and requirements workshops, as well as utilizing use cases, scenarios, business analysis, user acceptance testing, business process descriptions, and workflow analysis.
  • Complete support tickets, troubleshoot system issues, administer systems, train associates, escalate to vendors or on-premise resources, and determine root cause. OneSite ticket types include legal document management, new community setup, DocuSign maintenance, ledger/payment troubleshooting, setting changes, leasing, and screening.
  • Provide on-call support during off-hours on nights and weekends.
  • Provide direct support for associates online, over the phone, or in person.
Additional Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of the OneSite application, ledger, settings, and workflow preferred.
  • Basic accounting skills preferred.
  • Prior experience in the Multi-family (Apartments) industry is highly desired.
  • Strong critical-thinking skills, including systems and business analysis, problem analysis, and resolution. Must be able to understand both business objectives and technical concepts of the system environment.
Preferred Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience:
  • 3+ years
Additional Requirements:
  • 2+ years of IT or project management equivalent experience.    
  • 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the real estate industry (multi-family or commercial property management).
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

 Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $85,100.00 - $112,400.00

Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
