Position Summary:

Analyzes the performance of critical business functions, defines the scope and impact of business performance measurement processes, as well as design, plan and implement an enterprise-wide data management plan. Activities include implementation of policies, procedures, communication, and execution of business performance management processes. The Business Performance Analyst is expected to understand business processes and requirements for each functional area within the organization. Other responsibilities include extracting data from corporate systems, manipulating and validating data, conducting root cause analysis, and identifying opportunities for improving business performance. The successful candidate should be comfortable writing queries, developing analytical visualizations, and integrating data with automated platforms.

ยทย  Administers activities for collecting, analyzing, and reporting business performance across all departments

ยทย  Extract data from internal/external systems and develop performance reports

ยทย  Monitors business performance and collaborates with various stakeholders to improve performance against business objectives

ยทย  Participates in data management strategy meetings

ยทย  Administers workforce training for data management objectives

ยทย  Collaborates with all departments to analyze business performance and make recommendations in support of business performance objectives

ยทย  Evaluates data management proposals to ensure risks are identified and mitigated prior to adopting new data management processes, procedures and or techniques

ยทย  Analyzes collected data through task analysis, business process, surveys, and workshops

ยทย  Supports the Enterprise Support team during the development stage of process improvements

ยทย  Prepares accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents

ยทย  Communicates effectively and efficiently with external clients and internal teams to deliver functional requirements as specified

ยทย  Documents the acquired results of analysis and workflows, which includes obtaining sign-off from the appropriate client and stakeholders

ยทย  Manages any change requests related to activities required to meet the agreed deliverable due dates

ยทย  Understands system capabilities and creates specifications and documents necessary to prepare customer reports for business performance dashboards
