What You'll Do

This role supports our accounting, human resources, and daily business operations. Every day is a little different, and that's exactly how we like it.

Accounting & Finance

  • Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Prepare customer invoices
  • Post payments and reconcile accounts
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and collections
  • Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online
  • Assist with monthly reporting and account reconciliations
  • Support leadership with various accounting projects

Payroll & Human Resources

  • Assist with payroll processing and employee timekeeping
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding
  • Help administer employee benefits
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support hiring activities and recruiting coordination
  • Assist with compliance and other HR-related tasks

Operations Support

  • Provide administrative support to leadership
  • Help improve office processes and workflows
  • Assist with customer service and internal communications
  • Coordinate projects across multiple departments
  • Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding and employee benefits
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail
