Job description

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the business. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures.
  • Manage and prioritize the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Support senior management with strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Implement and maintain efficient office systems and procedures.
  • Organize and manage meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a business administration or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Compensation for this role for a candidate based in Mountain View is expected to be between $95,000 and $110,000 but may be higher or lower in other regions due to geographic differentials in the labor market. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
