  • Monitor sales performance metrics, operational KPIs, and business trends to help leadership make informed decisions.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and proactively identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop executive dashboards, reports, presentations, and business updates for leadership meetings.
  • Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and support the continued growth of the Sales organization.
Project Management
  • Lead and coordinate multiple cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and track deliverables across departments.
  • Facilitate meetings, document action items, and ensure accountability among stakeholders.

  • Serve as a trusted operational partner who ensures critical initiatives stay organized and on schedule.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Project Management, Sales Operations, Consulting, PMO, or a related role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect the dots across multiple initiatives.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs rather than simply react.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working directly with executive leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) is a plus.
