Job description
MasTec (NYSE: MTZ) is one of North America’s leading infrastructure construction companies, operating across communications, clean energy, power delivery, pipeline infrastructure, industrial, and heavy civil markets. As a publicly traded Fortune 500 company and recognized on the World’s Most Admired Companies list, MasTec continues to experience strong momentum, with revenues reaching $17.5B and doubledigit growth across multiple operating segments.
With 36,000+ employees supporting largescale, highimpact infrastructure initiatives, MasTec is positioned at the forefront of America’s transition to cleaner energy, datacenter development, expanded broadband, and upgraded power delivery systems. Our teams thrive in environments where innovation, operational excellence, and financial rigor come together to deliver missioncritical results for utility, energy, and communications partners.
Are you passionate about the intersection of operations, project management, and finance? Reporting to the Operating Company’s Finance Lead, you will play a central role in delivering financial insights, supporting decision-making, and ensuring strong financial and operational controls.
The Sr. Project Controls Manager connects cost performance, change management, project forecasting, revenue and margin impacts, cash flow, and schedule implications into clear, actionable information for operations and finance leadership.
