Job description

Imagine what you could do here. At Apple, new ideas have a way of becoming extraordinary products, services, and customer experiences very quickly. Bring passion and dedication to your job and there's no telling what you could accomplish.
The WW Retail Fulfillment Operations (RFO) team operates at the critical intersection of Retail and Operations, ensuring flawless product availability for every Apple customer and channel, at scale, around the world. The Operations Excellence (OE) team within WWRFO owns the systems, programs, and execution frameworks that make this possible - across global NPI launches, NEU purchasing strategies, and promotional execution programs spanning every line of business.
The OE Program Manager brings structure, rigor, and ownership to distinct and critical tracks - WW execution systems delivery, NPI launch execution, and NEU purchasing, and Promotions programs. You will serve as a key interface between Apple's retail fulfillment teams and key cross-functional partners across Retail, BPR, and the WW and Regional operations teams. The ideal candidate is a versatile, operationally sharp program manager who moves fluidly across the strategic and the tactical, earns trust quickly, and builds programs that last.
Description
Lead OE execution on NPI launch programs across all lines of business - ensuring systems are configured, tested, and operational at launch, elevating critical risks to cross-functional and executive teams, and driving post-launch analysis to capture learnings and identify opportunities for continuous process and system improvement.
Transform broad operational strategies and business requirements into rigorous, milestone-driven programs - building the execution playbooks, cross-functional alignment, and communications infrastructure that allow complex global programs to launch successfully.
Own the WW execution tool and system portfolio- serving as the primary point of contact for Apple's regional operations teams, IS&T, and BPR, driving capital project delivery from business requirements through implementation, and ensuring core systems are accurate, validated, and continuously improving.
Partner with the NEU and Promotions teams on BAU and NPI programs - developing deep familiarity with NEU purchasing strategies, promotional execution processes, and the executive-facing decisions that shape how Apple manages purchasing behavior and drives sales across WW Retail.
Partner with WW and regional teams to identify operational gaps, build structured execution plans, and drive process improvements that reduce risk and increase scalability - keeping business partners aligned and escalating decisions at the right level.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to synthesize varying inputs across disciplines into a cohesive strategy, spot anomalies in complex data sets, and make recommendations that account for impacts across all variables.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to drive issues to resolution independently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to visualize key concepts, timelines, and milestones into clear presentations and align global teams around shared plans.
A natural builder - someone who earns trust quickly, brings structure to ambiguity, and leaves the systems, processes, and teams they touch better than they found them.
Minimum Qualifications
BS/BA in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics or related field.
6+ years of experience in program management, operations, or supply chain in a retail, fulfillment, or enterprise operations environment, with demonstrated growth in scope and responsibility.
Hands-on experience with systems design, tooling launches, or capital project delivery in a large-scale operations environment.
Demonstrated success leading complex global programs in New Product Introductions, Supply/Demand Planning, Order Management, or Logistics.
Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional programs in a global matrixed organization without direct authority.
Outstanding communication skills - able to distill complex operational issues into clear summaries and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
