Position Summary

Stress-Free Auto Care is seeking an Operations Program Manager to support the execution of strategic initiatives across our rapidly growing organization. This role serves as a force multiplier for executive leadership, ensuring critical projects are delivered on time, cross-functional teams remain aligned, and operational priorities are executed consistently across the company.

The Operations Program Manager will work directly with executive leadership and partner closely with Operations, Customer Experience, Finance, Human Resources, Recruiting, Technology, Marketing, and Corporate Development. This individual will be responsible for driving accountability, managing complex projects, coordinating communication across departments, and ensuring organizational priorities are translated into measurable results.

This role is ideal for an exceptionally organized, analytical, and execution-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Initiative Management
  • Lead and coordinate company-wide strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, ownership assignments, and reporting structures.
  • Ensure critical initiatives remain on schedule and obstacles are identified and resolved quickly.
  • Maintain visibility into all major organizational priorities and proactively escalate risks.
Executive Operations
  • Support executive leadership in driving organizational priorities and special projects.
  • Prepare materials, reporting, presentations, and analyses for leadership meetings, board meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Coordinate follow-up and accountability across leadership teams.
  • Manage action item tracking and ensure commitments are completed on schedule.
Weekly Business Review (WBR) Management
  • Prepare and distribute Weekly Business Review reporting.
  • Consolidate operational performance metrics across stores, districts, and regions.
  • Identify performance trends, opportunities, and risks requiring leadership attention.
  • Coordinate follow-up actions resulting from WBR discussions.
Operational Performance & Accountability
  • Monitor key operational metrics across the organization.
  • Identify underperformance and partner with leaders to develop corrective action plans.
  • Track progress against goals and ensure follow-through on commitments.
  • Assist in developing scalable systems and processes as the company grows.
Corporate Development & Growth Initiatives
  • Support acquisition, diligence, integration, and store launch activities as needed.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts related to new store openings, conversions, and operational transitions.
  • Track project milestones and ensure readiness across all involved departments.
Process Improvement
  • Document, improve, and standardize operational processes.
  • Identify inefficiencies and develop scalable solutions.
  • Build systems that improve communication, accountability, and execution across the organization.
QualificationsRequired
  • 5+ years of operational leadership, project management, consulting, business operations, or related experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting, and data analysis.

CompensationBase Salary

$110,000 - $150,000 annually

Annual Performance Bonus
