Objective:
Drive the efficient operations of the business. Work with Field Team, Sales Team, and Owner to develop and execute efficient Technical, Sales, and Business Operations systems.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Business Operations
    • Inventory Management
    • Purchasing Supplies & Materials (Amazon, Home Depot, SE Orders, etc)
    • Invoice Preparation & Submission (Contacts, Work Description, Before/After Photos)
    • Accounts Receivable Support
    • Customer Contact Information Database Management (Vonigo & Quo)
    • Repair Photo Database Management (CompanyCam)
    • Large Project & Warranty Partner Support (ABG, Kohler, New Construction, etc)
    • Business Compliance Management
    • Vehicle Info & Maintenance Management
    • Assist in Develop & Document SOPs
  • Scheduling
    • Collaborate with Sales, Techs, & SC to manage and optimize Repair Technicians schedules
    • Communicate with customers to plan and confirm repair date/time
    • Weekly Schedule Development & Distribution
  • Business Development (Account Management Support)
    • Assist w/ Creating & Sending Quotes
    • Customer Follow-up & Misc Communication
    • Occasional Outside Sales (Scheduled Walk-thrus & Meetings)
  • Identify, implement, and document solutions to improve business methods and processes
  • Prioritize customer relationships and customer service

Required Qualifications:

  • Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record
