About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our team at Landing in our Birmingham, Alabama, headquarters! This is an in-office role, and remote work is not available. This role will tackle cross-functional, high-impact projects to drive best business practices. Responsibilities include diagnosing root problems across the business, implementing process changes, and working with business leaders to improve our processes.

What You'll Do:

  • Tackle high-impact projects both within and across operations teams
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to increase transparency and drive operational excellence across the business
  • Diagnose and remedy process inefficiencies across the business
  • Drive process and performance improvements across property onboarding, from deal signature to live unit
  • Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting on operational performance 
  • Create clear dashboards highlighting team performance against goals for all key metrics
  • Onboard properties to ensure accurate information and seamless operations

Example Projects:

  • Installations: How do we build a single install tracker with real-time visibility so all stakeholders operate out of one system of record from deal signing to live unit?
  • Field Operations:: How do we deliver exceptional service in subscale markets?
  • Corporate Housing:  How do we ensure consistent and accurate completion of quality inspection forms across 20 different corporate housing companies? 
  • Sales:  How do we sign more partnerships?

What You Need:

  • Availability to work in our headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama. This is not a remote role.
  • Demonstrated experience in prioritization of deliverables and tasks and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results.
  • Highly analytical ability, can leverage unorganized data into actionable insights
  • Experience in cross-functional business roles
  • Super written & verbal communication 
  • Certification(s) in project management, quality management, agile methodology and/or Six Sigma preferred
