We are looking for a BizOps Associate to evangelize our service and streamline on-boarding. This is full-time role with salary, equity, and health benefits!

Do you get energized meeting new people and by selling a product you believe in? Whether it’s running in-person tours or matching potential housemates; you’ll be on the front lines enabling every day people to get access to attractive AND affordable housing.

Your Role:
- Conduct tours daily, both in-person and virtually
- Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email
- Set up and host community events
- Resolve or escalate any customer concerns to the proper channel

Your Skills:
- Extroverted: energized by meeting new people with a tendency to over communicate
- Organized to the point of being considered OCD
- Intrinsically motivated to improve processes and to learn
- Spreadsheet capable
- Ability to quickly learn new systems
- Can assist in generating new and more efficient processes
- Strong writer and proficiency with other common languages a plus

Experience:
- 2-4 years of sales or customer service experience
- 1-2 years in an analytical role such as consulting, banking, marketing or analytics
- Bonus if you are an SF/South Bay native
