The UHE Business Operations Coordinator is a hands-on support role responsible for helping the company stay organized, responsive, and aligned across a wide variety of areas. This role supports the company by owning important details that do not always have a clean departmental home but still matter greatly to the health of the business.
The right person is a practical problem solver who can follow through, keep track of details, coordinate across departments, and help ensure important items are not forgotten. This position requires a level of technological aptitude, strong administrative ability, discretion, a willingness to jump into a wide variety of tasks and a positive attitude!
Responsibilities
  • Own a variety of technology related responsibilities ranging from new hire set up to basic help desk troubleshooting in addition to maintaining the technology inventory and facilitating communication with outside technology vendors as needed
  • Support brand management through cross-departmental engagement, encouragement, follow-up, and coordination related to online reviews and customer feedback
  • Support interview and hiring processes, including scheduling, candidate communication, preparation, and the overall candidate and new hire experience
  • Assist with research and management of sensitive information to support compliance and other sensitive company initiatives and projects
  • Update, and maintain systems documentation for both existing and new company processes
  • Play a key role in creating positive employee experiences by maintaining kitchen and office supplies, branded wearables, and driving other employee appreciation and internal engagement activities
