Job description

Clearance: Requires an active DOD Security Clearance The Prospective Group (TPG) is seeking Business Operations Analyst to provide Business Operations Support Services and Technical Assistance to assist DCSA in the execution of the agency's mission. The various DCSA IS divisions are responsible for guidance and implementation of business operations support services across DCSA Industrial Security. The business operations support services functions are decentralized; therefore, each of the directorate's multiple divisions and the operating offices under these divisions have slightly different needs. Position Responsibilities: * Support shall be provided to Senior Industrial Security Leadership. * Provide investigative management and program support to assist in ensuring timely initiation, tracking, and completion of all investigative duties, to include but not limited to, analytical and portfolio support, thereby reducing the investigative burden on field managers. * Track and send notifications for quarterly and annual training. * Maintain/update the Org chart. * As necessary assist with updating the internal SharePoint site. * Maintain/update distro lists for outlook. * Prepare and send out communications. * Coordinate Training Events. * Track Directorate quarterly metrics. * Pull/track action metrics for IS Assistant Director and Deputy Directors' visibility. * Assist with consolidating routine recontact letter data, sorting, and distributing to Deputy Directors and Division Chiefs. * Coordinate miscellaneous support services requirements such as repair of office equipment, technical support, and custodial services, with the appropriate Directorate Staff. * Assist in preparing budget reports, with input from IS Assistant Director, Deputy Directors, Division Chiefs and their staff, regarding quarterly and annual budget projections pertaining to office supplies, training and equipment. * Troubleshoot minor issues with DCSA network and telecom system. * Coordinate with appropriate support staff securing mission essential resources including services and equipment which may be necessary for efficient and uninterrupted operations. * Prepare documentation, plans and assists with Safety Inspections and Self Inspections for assigned DCSA locations, when required. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree (at a minimum) and 3 years of relevant senior business operations and management support experience relating to the requirements. (Substitution of a bachelor's degree is allowable if the personnel have ten years of related work experience in addition to the three years of experience required for this category. For the substitution to be allowable, a total of 13 years of experience would be required to meet the minimum requirements for this category.) * Experience with tracking tasks through the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) or other similar systems.
