Ce que vous ferez :

  • Atteindre les objectifs de ventes annuels dans le territoire qui vous est assigne.
  • Mettre en uvre les programmes nationaux de marketing, de commerce ou propres aux bannieres afin de soutenir les besoins des clients et les objectifs de ventes du territoire.
  • Demontrer une connaissance approfondie des produits Ascensia, des maladies visees, des produits concurrents et de la dynamique du marche afin de surpasser les attentes des clients et de demeurer concurrentiel.
  • Developper et entretenir des relations solides avec les comptes de pharmacies ainsi qu'avec les professionnels de la sante.
  • Gerer et maintenir de facon continue le cycle d'appels requis (virtuels et en personne) pour chaque compte, tout en atteignant les objectifs de couverture et de frequence.
  • Effectuer des presentations de ventes aupres de clients cibles, notamment les specialistes en medecine interne, les medecins de famille, les equipes de sante familiale, les infirmieres educatrices en diabete et les pharmaciens, dans les marches presentant des opportunites strategiques.
  • Collaborer etroitement avec les membres de l'equipe et la direction afin d'executer les plans d'affaires, analyser les tendances du territoire et identifier de nouvelles occasions de croissance.

Competences et qualifications requises :

  • Baccalaureat requis, idealement en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Minimum de 3 annees d'experience en ventes; une experience dans le secteur de la sante est fortement souhaitee.
  • Excellentes competences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Capacite a effectuer une planification et une analyse efficaces avant et apres les appels de vente.
  • Bonne connaissance du processus de vente dans l'industrie des soins de sante.

L'echelle salariale pour ce poste est de 60 750 $ a 86 000 $ CAD, avec la possibilite d'etre admissible a une prime annuelle discretionnaire. What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for the achievement of annual sales targets l within their assigned territory.

  • Implement national marketing, trade or banner specific programs to support customer/business needs and territory sales and objectives.

  • Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of Ascensia products, disease state, competitive products and market dynamics to exceed customer expectations and compete in the marketplace.

  • Responsible for selling and building relationships and rapport to a combination of pharmacy accounts as well as HealthCare Professionals.

  • Continuously manage and maintain required call cycle and calls (both virtual and in-person) required per account and meet reach and frequency targets.

  • Sales presentations to targeted customers (Internal Medicine, Key GPs, Family Health Team, Diabetes Nurse Educators and Pharmacists) within markets that have key business opportunities.

  • Work collaboratively with team members and management to execute business plans, analyze territory trends and continuously identify new business opportunities.


Skills you will need:

  • Bachelors Degree required, preferably in business administration.

  • 3+ Years of sales experience, healthcare sales preferred

  • high level of competencies in communication

  • Pre and post call analysis and planning.

  • Knowledge of the selling process in the healthcare industry.

  • Proven track record of success in developing, maintaining, and growing a large book of business within an assigned geographic territory

  • 40% travel required

The hiring range for this position is: $60,750-86,000CAD, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
