Position Overview: The Investor Relations Specialist supports the Director of Investor Relations by managing investor communications, onboarding, and ongoing relationship support. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with financial information while delivering a high level of service to investors.
This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and professional investor experience throughout the lifecycle—from onboarding to ongoing engagement and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Investor Relations & Support
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for investor inquiries and communications
  • Support investor onboarding, subscriptions, and documentation processes
  • Maintain accurate and organized investor records and communications
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and a high-quality investor experience

Investor Communication & Reporting
  • Assist in preparing investor updates, reports, and communications
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather and deliver relevant investor information
  • Support responses to investor questions related to investments and performance

Sales Enablement (Data Management & Accuracy)
  • Maintain CRM w/ investor relationship and ensure accurate information by lifecycle stages.
  • Track investor data, commitments, and activity with a high level of accuracy
  • Maintain organized documentation related to investor accounts
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across internal system

Process & Relationship Management
  • Support and improve investor communication processes and workflows
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all investor interactions

Qualifications:
  • CRM experience; with Hubspot experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills with financial professionalism
