Primary coding language/platform: .NET, Visual basic, Java, ABAP/BASIS, Access/Excel, Applications, Business Intelligence, C# Affluence/knowledge of this language:
Extensive capability Analyzes and designs information systems. Designs and writes application programs for the systems.
Provides 24-hour daily production support to assigned system(s) to identify production problems and resolve them.
Develops new programs to support.
Write code in .Net and .Net based web technologies Create or enhance web and non-web based scientific software Analyze requirements Write unit tests Write acceptance tests Program in a team environment in pairs Design software with object.
Must have: - Strong technical writing skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements.
Additional Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities:
Incident Management: Respond to and resolve incidents assigned to team's resolving agency
Change Management: Use a standard approach for implementing effective and efficient changes with minimum impact to IT services or the infrastructure
Project Work: Participate in project work for new functions/services


Qualifications

Specialised Knowledge:
5-10 years of experience in Information Technology
Required: High degree of technical proficiency in Active Directory, Kerberos, LDAP, familiarity with Windows/Unix (RHEL preferred) OS
Preferred: Forefront Identity Manager (FIM/MIM), Oracle Directory Server, Programing .Net (C#,C++, VB) and Scripting skills (Perl, PowerShell)
Preferred: Forefront Identity Manager (FIM/MIM) Password Synch familiarity
Preferred: familiarity with Azure Active Directory is an asset.
