Overview

CAB Enterprises, Inc ('CAB Enterprises, or the 'Company') is the exclusive sales and customer service Company representing the Electrolit brand in the United States. The primary objective of the Company is to lead the growth of Electrolit sales in the United States.

Position Summary

As the Business Intelligence Leader, your primary role is to maintain and enhance crucial organizational reports, acting as the central data source through the data warehouse. Your key responsibilities include overseeing departmental indicators, ensuring data security, and driving innovation in analytical capabilities for the organization. Your efforts will empower the organization to make informed decisions, optimize operations, and maintain data integrity and security.

Location:

Houston TX (on-site)

Principal Duties
  • Provide end-to-end visibility of the entire supply chain, identifying internal and external events that may influence service standards in advance, including suppliers, manufacturers, and business partners
  • Implement advanced models and technology to create dashboards for Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain & Logistics that facilitate decision-making
  • Define, capture, monitor, maintain key performance measures
  • Develop KPIs with operational leadership and ensure that the data warehouse and supporting databases effectively support the needs of the organizational departments
  • Collaborate with leaders to analyze problems, optimize processes, and create presentations that effectively communicate and foster connected teams throughout the supply chain and interconnected areas
  • Determine the meaning of data, variables, or data models that clearly explain the operational reality so that leaders can leverage them to improve and optimize their processes and grow the business
  • Drive better and faster decision-making based on a holistic view of data combined with granular visibility, optimizing the supply chain
  • Other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities
  • Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus and sense of urgency toward task completion
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics roles.
  • Bachelors in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience as a Business Intelligence analyst or Analytics Specialist.
  • Experience in leading business intelligence initiatives, including designing and implementing dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
  • Experience using PowerBI or Looker. Familiar with Google Cloud Platform preferred.
  • Knowledge of relational databases such as SQL, Python, and Big Query.
  • Beverage or CPG industry experience is a plus!
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Work, PPT, Teams)
  • Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP system strongly preferred

  • Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
  • Must be fluent in English, Spanish strongly preferred
