Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to design and build data models, dashboards, and reporting systems for healthcare SaaS and clinical platforms.

In this role, you will work with large-scale healthcare datasets to create actionable insights that support clinical, operational, and business decisions across healthcare organizations in the United States.

You will collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to build scalable BI solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Design and build BI dashboards for healthcare systems.
  • Develop reports for clinical, operational, and business insights.
  • Transform raw healthcare data into actionable intelligence.
  • Create KPI tracking systems for SaaS platforms.
Data Modeling & Warehousing
  • Build and maintain healthcare data models and schemas.
  • Optimize queries for performance and accuracy.
  • Work with structured and semi-structured healthcare data.
  • Support ETL processes and data pipelines.
Business Intelligence Systems
  • Develop automated reporting systems for healthcare platforms.
  • Support decision-making with real-time analytics dashboards.
  • Improve data visualization and reporting accuracy.
  • Work on predictive and descriptive analytics systems.
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams.
  • Translate business requirements into BI solutions.
  • Improve reporting systems based on user feedback.
QualificationsRequired
