The AI Business Intelligence Developer designs, builds, and supports modern business intelligence and AI-powered automation solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role combines expertise in data integration, reporting, analytics, and artificial intelligence to transform business processes through automation, self-service reporting, and intelligent workflows.

Working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams, the AI Business Intelligence Developer develops dashboards, semantic data models, AI agents, Copilot experiences, and workflow automations that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and provide timely, trusted business insights. The role ensures that AI solutions are built on secure, governed, and high-quality data while promoting responsible AI adoption throughout the organization.


Business Intelligence & Analytics
  • Use AI-assisted development to design, develop, and maintain enterprise dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
  • Build and maintain semantic models, data marts, and reporting datasets that provide a consistent source of truth.
  • Develop KPIs, metrics, and executive reporting aligned with organizational goals.
  • Partner with business units to understand reporting needs and translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
  • Improve self-service analytics capabilities by creating reusable datasets, documentation, and user-friendly reporting experiences.
AI Solutions & Automation
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI agents, Copilot solutions, and generative AI workflows that automate repetitive business processes.
  • Build intelligent workflows using AI platforms such as Copilot Studio, Claude, Azure AI, or custom-developed solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI for operational improvements, knowledge management, customer service, and internal productivity.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor AI solution performance and continuously improve accuracy, usability, and business value.
Data Integration & Engineering
  • Develop and maintain secure integrations between enterprise applications, databases, APIs, cloud services, and reporting platforms.
  • Design ETL/ELT processes that ensure timely, accurate, and reliable data availability.
  • Optimize SQL queries, data models, and data pipelines for performance and scalability.
  • Support data governance by maintaining metadata, data quality standards, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–7 years of experience developing business intelligence, analytics, or data solutions.
  • Experience implementing Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, OpenAI services, or similar AI technologies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing and building data pipelines and curated, analysis-ready datasets.
  • Experience with Power BI and Power Platform.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, or Azure Data Factory.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Freshservice, or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Experience with Python, C#, or JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI agents.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in American Sign Language (ASL)
