Responsible for developing analytical solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights to support operational decision-making. Designs dashboards, builds reports, and executes data queries using standardized BI tools and methods. Supports data validation, quality assurance, and user education for business users. • Designs and develops dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Crystal Reports.
• Builds and optimizes SQL queries, views, and stored procedures to support data analysis and reporting.
• Develops and maintains ETL workflows for collecting and transforming data from multiple sources.
• Responds to user requests for ad-hoc reports, slicer/dicer analysis, and metric definitions.
• Ensures data accuracy, completeness, and consistency in BI products and data models.
• Assists with monitoring performance and daily operations of BI systems and reporting environments.
• Documents BI solutions, query logic, and data source mappings for transparency and reuse.
• Collaborates with analysts and IT teams to resolve technical issues and improve data usability.
• Participates in user training and support to promote self-service analytics adoption.
