Job description

Job Duties:

Develop business intelligence solutions using data analysis and reporting to help company make data-driven decisions, improving business processes and operational efficiency. Specifically,

Ø Collect, clean, and validate business intelligence data from diverse sources including market trends, financial reports, industry statistics, and internal systems. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability for analysis and reporting.

Ø Utilize MATLAB and other analytical tools to interpret and analyze quantitative datasets. Provide insights related to marketing strategies and business intelligence solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Ø Analyze quantitative data related to container freight services, forwarding, brokerage, and last-mile delivery to identify industry trends, assess logistics performance, and optimize pricing strategies, route planning, and service delivery.

Ø Utilize business intelligence tools to track and analyze current and potential customer behavior, preference, and engagement. Provide data-driven insights that help sales and marketing teams attract and convert more customers.

Ø Create, develop, and maintain business intelligence tools, databases, and data systems to support the company?s analytical needs. Document specifications for business intelligence reports, dashboards, and other outputs.

Ø Generate customized reports and dashboards to summarize business, financial, and marketing data and present findings in a clear and actionable manner to support strategic planning and operational improvements.

Requirements:

Ø Bachelor?s degree in data or engineering related discipline with course of study including Math, Numerical Method, Simulation Modeling, or other similar quantitative course of studies.

Ø 12-month full-time working experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar positions in the warehousing or logistics industry must cover the following:

- Analyzing data using MATLAB or other analytical tools;

- Utilizing business intelligence data to optimize pricing strategies;

- Developing and maintaining business intelligence tools;

- Providing business intelligence solutions to improve operational efficiency.
