Job Summary:
Advanced Innovative Technology Corp. TrakMotive is seeking a Business Intelligence Data Analyst to transform their vast data landscape into actionable insights. The role involves designing interactive dashboards and performing data validation to support various business units in making informed decisions based on accurate data analysis.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Design, gather requirements, create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for various organization departments
โ€ข Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources (internal systems, third party tools, customer portals, etc.)
โ€ข Collaborate with business units to understand data needs and translate them into clear analytical solutions
โ€ข Develop documentation of procedures and process flows for key reports, data flows and business processes performed by the department
โ€ข Support the maintenance of internal company databases and files
โ€ข Conduct due diligence analysis and validation of various internal and external data related exercises
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree
โ€ข 2+ years of experience in retail, business intelligence, data analytics, statistical analysis or other analytics related fields
โ€ข Experience with data visualization and analytics tools including SQL, Tableau, Power BI
โ€ข Experience with compiling, analyzing, summarizing, and presenting large complex data sets
โ€ข Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
โ€ข Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
โ€ข Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred:
โ€ข familiarity with automotive aftermarket industry, vehicle parts and parts data documentation knowledge
โ€ข Fluency in Mandarin and/or Spanish
