In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
Your contribution to the team:
• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
• The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
Required Skill and Experience
• Strong in BW/4HANA Modeling: ADSO, CompositeProviders, Open ODS, InfoObjects, BW Queries, Process Chains, Transformations, DTPs.
• Strong in HANA Native: Calculation Views (Star Join), SQLScript, table functions, analytic privileges, performance tuning.
• Performance & Troubleshooting: SQL plan cache analysis, table statistics, partitions, compression, BW query optimization, and memory footprint analysis.
• Hands-on RCA across interfaces, data loads, authorization issues, and transport issues.
• Client-facing: proven experience in managing stakeholders, running workshops, communicating RCAs and remediation plans.
• Tools: BW Modeling Tools/Eclipse, HANA Studio/HANA Cockpit, AFO/Analysis for Office.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and incident/problem management.
• Strong facilitation skills to resolve data ownership and definition conflicts.
• Clear communicator who can explain architecture choices, trade-offs, and cost impacts to stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end issue investigation across BW/4HANA models, HANA views, data provisioning (SLT/SDI/SDA), and downstream consumption tools.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for data quality issues, delta failures, query performance degradation, and system bottlenecks.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
