At Accenture Federal Services, nothing matters more than helping the US federal government make the nation stronger and safer and life better for people. Our 13,000+ people are united in a shared purpose to pursue the limitless potential of technology and ingenuity for clients across defense, national security, public safety, civilian, and military health organizations.
Join Accenture Federal Services, a technology company within global Accenture. Recognized as a Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work, we offer a collaborative and caring community where you feel like you belong and are empowered to grow, learn and thrive through hands-on experience, certifications, industry training and more.
Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward!

As the Business Operations Readiness Analyst, you will be a critical quality and readiness lead, bridging the gap between system development and operational deployment for a large-scale Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium EHR implementation. You will be the final functional checkpoint for business operations, ensuring that all pre-go-live activities—including testing, training, and data conversion—meet the required standards for a successful launch. Your primary objective is to validate that the configured system and supporting materials are accurate, complete, and ready for end-user adoption.

To excel in this position, you must have a strong background in business analysis, quality assurance, or a "super user" role within patient access or revenue cycle. You will be the ultimate advocate for operational readiness, guiding stakeholders through the functional validation of test scripts, training materials, and defect resolutions. You will play a key role in assessing cutover scope and data integrity for Registration and Scheduling. This is not a build role; it is a validation and verification role. Your success will be measured by your meticulous attention to detail, your user-centric perspective, and your ability to confirm that the solution is truly ready for the field.

The Work:

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between national design teams and local deployment sites to ensure functional readiness and integration.
  • Guide business stakeholders through the functional validation process, empowering them to confirm that the system meets their operational needs.
  • Assist subject matter experts in conducting final functional readiness assessments and go/no-go decisions.

Readiness & Validation:

  • Lead the functional validation of testing scope and test scripts to ensure they adequately cover critical business workflows for Registration and Scheduling.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of all training materials (e.g., job aids, curriculum) to verify their accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the final system build.
  • Perform functional validation of defect resolutions to confirm that fixes have resolved the business problem from an end-user perspective.

Deployment & Cutover Support:

  • Support system cutover scope validation, with a specific focus on the integrity of converted or migrated Registration and Scheduling data (e.g., patient demographics, future appointments).
  • Manage the request and review process for change management products (e.g., go-live communications, tip sheets) to support user adoption.

Here's What You Need:

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, quality assurance, application testing, or a super-user role within a healthcare setting.
  • 3 + years of experience in direct, hands-on experience with the Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium platform, with specific expertise in Registration and Scheduling from a user perspective.
  • 3+ years of domain experience in quality assurance, user acceptance testing (UAT), and functional validation principles.
  • 3+ years of experience with patient access workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Informatics, or a related field.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Test Script Review & Validation
  • Defect Validation
  • Training Material Review
  • Cutover Data Validation
  • Readiness Assessment Methodology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise feedback and document validation outcomes
