The Business Manager will play a key role in building and scaling the Wholesale business across E&S brokers and Delegated Authority (โ€œProgramsโ€), directly supporting the Head of Business Expansion, Wholesale in a fast-paced, high-visibility role. This position sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, supporting growth initiatives through rigorous analysis, business case development, project management, and operational enablement. The successful candidate will help translate strategy into action, supporting leadership and the underwriting field organization as the Wholesale platform continues to grow and evolve.

Whatyouโ€™ll be doing

What will your essential responsibilities include?

  • Executive Support: Act as a strategic partner to the E&S Brokerage and Programs Leadership Team to provide operational, project, and strategic support aligned to growth initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze financial and non-financial data- including financial results, KPIs, competitor intelligence, and industry insights- to assess business performance, key drivers of results, and support business case development and strategic decision-making.
  • Business Case Development: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and Wholesale Leadership to prioritize initiatives and deliver data-driven recommendations that inform
