Job description

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Administrator. The Business Execution Administrator sits on a team within Corporate Risk, specifically the Insurance Licensing Team which oversees the system of records to support insurance licensed Financial Advisors, Bankers, Client Associates and additional individuals who support Financial Advisors in the solicitation of Insurance and Annuity business. Insurance Licensing Employees provide the best possible service to these individuals through daily service calls and as well as ensure adherence to established policies and procedures with a focus on mitigating risk.


In this role, you will:

  • Support in implementation of initiatives related to operations and Business Execution across multiple lines of business

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and provide support to a variety of diverse support functions or operations

  • Receive directions from supervisors

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with various teams

  • Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives

  • Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Interact with internal customers via phone and email

  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

  • Manage and ensure accuracy of data

  • Troubleshoot system issues to determine root cause

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of Administrative Support, or Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated Customer Service experience delivering high-quality customer service in a call-based environment

  • Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information and comprehending customer issues

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, prioritization, and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas

  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities

  • Previous experience with insurance licensing
