Requirements

  • BA or BS degree in Business, Engineering or similar field required, MBA or other graduate degree preferred
  • 10+ years demonstrated experience in operations, supply chain transformation, and/or plant leadership in Manufacturing, automotive industry a plus
  • 3+ years demonstrated project management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of and experience with Lean Methodologies
  • Knowledge of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Automation, and AI
  • Ability to be an inspiring leader with a combination of analytic rigor, conceptual ability, innovation, creativity, mental flexibility and judgment
  • Ability to engage, empower and inspire operations to achieve business results
