  • Accurately document all sales activities and communications in the company database and submit required reports.

  • Respond promptly to customer and prospect inquiries, ensuring a positive client experience.

  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the success of the company.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

  • Minimum 3 years of proven outside sales or business development experience, ideally in a consultative, B2B environment.

  • Demonstrated success in cold calling, presenting, negotiating, and closing sales.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general internet research.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Ability to travel locally to client sites and company offices.

  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.

  • Professional demeanor-calm under pressure, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
