The Job: Strategy Manager

The Strategy Manager is a high-impact role within the Office of the CEO, focused on enterprise strategic planning, executive communications, and governance support. Working closely with the Chief of Staff and senior leadership, this role helps translate enterprise priorities into clear narratives, structured materials, and coordinated execution rhythms. It sits at the center of how strategy is communicated, aligned, and operationalized across the organization.ย 

Howย You'llย Make an Impact:

Executive Communicationsย 

  • Develop CEO- and C-level-ready materials for town halls, board updates, leadership meetings, and offsitesย 
  • Translate complex strategic topics into clear, structured narrativesย 
  • Draft briefing notes, pre-reads, and executive summariesย 
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across leadership forumsย 

Strategic Planning &ย Enterprise Governanceย 

  • Support annual and quarterly strategic planning processesย 
  • Build andย maintainย enterprise priority trackersย 
  • Prepare structured materials toย facilitateย executive discussionsย 
  • Support preparation for key governance forums and executive committeesย 
  • Assistย with enterprise surveys, audits, and structured cross-functional initiativesย

What You Bring:
