DESCRIPTION:

Strategy & Growth Initiatives

  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with LAR’s long-term objectives.
  • Evaluate industry trends, customer dynamics, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support inorganic growth initiatives, including market assessments, business case development, and integration planning.

Business Development Activities

  • Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities through customer partnerships, adjacent markets, portfolio expansion, and solution development.
  • Lead assessments of market size, competitive dynamics, and unmet customer needs to shape business cases and investment priorities.
  • Support strategic partnerships and growth initiatives with cross-functional and divisional collaboration.
  • Translate market insights into actionable business plans that align with LAR’s commercial strategy and product roadmap.
  • Partner with regional and global commercial teams to shape entry strategies into high-potential market segments and geographies.

Go-to-Market & Commercial Strategy

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products in alignment with commercial priorities.
  • Define and partner with marketing on demand generation initiatives across direct, channel, and digital touchpoints.
  • Drive launch planning and execution in close collaboration with product management and marketing.

Campaigns, Digital, and Enablement

  • Support the development of integrated marketing campaigns that communicate differentiated value propositions.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing and e-commerce teams to enhance online engagement and conversion.
  • Provide commercial enablement tools, training, and messaging to ensure alignment and impact across the field teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a key liaison between business strategy, marketing, and commercial functions.
  • Drive alignment and shared accountability on strategic programs across business units and regions.
  • Contribute to cross-divisional initiatives in research, applied, and clinical segments.

Leadership & Operational Excellence

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and teams (direct or project-based) to deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Establish and track KPIs to assess ROI, program effectiveness, and market impact.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and operational discipline.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, business development, or marketing within the life sciences, healthcare, or B2B sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in driving strategic initiatives, market development, or commercial execution.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Experience navigating matrixed, global organizations and influencing across diverse stakeholder groups.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in is ₹3,696,000.00–₹6,864,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
