As a dual diagnosis outpatient program, we provide integrated treatment for individuals with primary substance use or mental health disorders. Our services include individual and group therapy, case management, and life skills training, designed to support long-term recovery and community reintegration.

Overview

Solero is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Liaison to help expand our presence and strengthen partnerships in the Youngstown, OH region. This role is ideal for a self-starter who excels at building connections, identifying growth opportunities, and representing the company in the local business community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, clients, and community organizations
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to support company growth
  • Conduct outreach through in-person visits, phone calls, networking events, and presentations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned business development relationships
