  • Schedule qualified First Meetings and hit weekly targets
  • Update all outreach and progress in the CRM
  • Support the sales pipeline through consistent activity
  • Weekly Goal: 11+ scheduled meetings

Training & Growth
Throughout your 12 months, you will:
  • Attend sales workshops and training
  • Shadow experienced sales professionals to learn live techniques
  • Receive regular coaching, performance reviews, and development support
  • Obtain Life & Health License

Promotion
  • At the successful completion of your Sales Development Program, we will promote you to a Sales Representative
