Business Development Manager

Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a leading staffing and workforce solutions organization in the Downers Grove, IL area, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team! This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, developing new business, and driving market growth.

Business Development Manager Job Summary:

· Pay: $66,000 - $83,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

· Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

· Office-based with approximately 60-70% field time

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve market growth objectives

· Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and prospecting activities

· Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying workforce solutions

· Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and discovery discussions

· Negotiate pricing and service agreements while maintaining profitability goals

· Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful service delivery

· Participate in community events and networking opportunities to expand market presence

· Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting

Business Development Manager Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred

· Minimum of 2 years of staffing industry sales experience or related business development experience
