Position Summary... What you'll do...Role summary:
The (USA) Manager, Business Development supports business growth through sales operations, customer engagement, and business development activities. This role manages sales opportunities, maintains accurate CRM and pipeline data, supports invoicing and contract administration, and ensures compliance with company policies and processes. Success requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and accountability. The manager collaborates cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities, support customer relationships, and drive revenue. Over time, this role will take an increasingly active role in prospecting, lead generation, and new business development.
About the team:
The Walmart Facility Services team comprises over 9,000 skilled associates and partners supporting operations at more than 5,000 locations. This team delivers a world-class maintenance program emphasizing asset management, reliability, and disciplined execution. Expanding its scope, it drives value by optimizing asset performance and developing new service offerings, strategic partnerships, and commercial models. Leveraging operational expertise and scale, the team supports Walmart’s broader business goals by generating incremental value beyond traditional maintenance, fostering growth through innovation, strategic business development, and strong customer relationship management.
What you'll do:
  • Manage sales opportunities, invoicing activities, customer records, and CRM data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support business development through lead generation, prospecting, customer outreach, and relationship-building activities.
  • Track pipeline performance, maintain reporting, and provide insights to support revenue growth and business objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts with operations, finance, legal, and other stakeholders to support customer success.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and contractual requirements.

What you'll bring:
  • Experience supporting business development, sales operations, customer service, or related functions.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage invoicing, contracts, CRM data, and multiple priorities accurately.
  • Experience with lead generation, prospecting, customer outreach, and relationship management.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external customers.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to delivering results with integrity and accountability.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
