Construction Inspector **Future Opportunity**CSEngineering is seeking a Construction Inspector to join our growing team. This role will provide construction quality assurance and oversight support for facility and infrastructure projects in a government environment, helping ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, schedules, and contract requirements.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESInspect construction activities to verify compliance with approved plans, specifications, safety requirements, and contract requirements.Perform daily site inspections and document project progress using required reporting methods and forms.Review contractor submittals, technical proposals, progress documentation, and modification-related materials.Monitor schedules, identify delays or deficiencies, validate stored materials, and report performance concerns to appropriate government personnel.Coordinate with project stakeholders to support milestone inspections, reporting, and resolution of construction issues.Assist with weekly activity reporting and help ensure construction activities align with applicable standards, codes, and regulations. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSSecurity Clearance: Ability to obtain a Tier 1 Background Investigation and Common Access CardHigh school diploma or equivalent.Minimum eight (8) years of experience as a commercial construction superintendent or equivalent qualifying experience.ICC National Commercial Inspector (B2) certification.Strong oral and written communication skills in English; resumes for proposed personnel must demonstrate English fluency.Current ICC Commercial Electrical Inspector (E2), Commercial Mechanical Inspector (M2), or Commercial Plumbing Inspector (P2) certification.AutoCAD Certified Associate (ACA) or E4Clicks Introductory course certification.Experience supporting construction oversight in regulated government or military environments is preferredLocation: Del Rio, TXCOMPANY OVERVIEWWho we are- CSEngineering, a Service-Disabled Veteran-owned small business established in 2002, is dedicated to becoming the premier engineering and services firm in our industry, all while prioritizing client satisfaction above all else.What we do- With a rich history of excellence, we boast significant expertise in a wide array of areas, including satellite systems, weapons and missile systems, naval architecture, aviation systems, IT and Enterprise Architecture, and more.
