Job description

Remote, Europe, Full-Time, Individual Contributor

Who We Are

At Yuno, we are building the payment infrastructure that allows all companies to participate in the global market. Founded by seasoned experts from the payments and tech industries, our technology provides access to leading payment capabilities, enabling companies to engage customers confidently and maintain global operations through seamless integrations.

We empower high-performing teams at brands like InDrive, McDonald's, Rappi, and Viva Aerobus to integrate over 1,000 payment methods via a single API. By leveraging advanced AI and the latest technologies, we orchestrate smart routing and fraud prevention across 80+ countries.

How Yuno will challenge you

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, managing complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders and timelines.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, industry events, referrals, and strategic networking across key European markets.
  • Engage C-level and senior decision-makers at enterprise merchants, running consultative discovery and tailoring Yuno's value proposition to each client's specific needs.
  • Develop deep knowledge of target verticals with global operations, including e-commerce, iGaming/gambling, travel, mobility, and SaaS.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Account Managers and Solutions Engineers to deliver compelling proposals and ensure a seamless handoff from sale to implementation.
  • Build and maintain accurate pipeline records in CRM, providing full visibility into deal stages and forecasting.
  • Stay ahead of trends in the payments and fintech landscape to identify competitive differentiation opportunities.
  • Operate with a founder mentality - you will be expected to build your own playbook, not follow one that already exists.

The skills you need

  • English fluency is mandatory. Fluency in other languages is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales or business development.
  • Proven track record selling to enterprise clients with complex multi-stakeholder environments and long sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of payment technologies, financial services, and industry regulations.
  • Demonstrable startup and/or scale-up experience - you must be comfortable operating without structure and building your own pipeline.
  • Strong consultative selling skills: able to navigate complex organizations and position Yuno strategically.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven - this is not a role where leads are handed to you.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tooling.

 What Yuno offers you
  • Competitive base compensation + 50/50 OTE structure.
  • Remote work - You can work from anywhere in Europe!
  • Home office bonus - A one-time allowance to help you create your ideal home office.
  • Work equipment.
  • Stock options.
  • Health Plan, no matter where you are.
  • Flexible Days off.
  • Professional and personal growth courses.
  • High impact and high velocity environment with some of the most talented and ambitious people you will ever work with.
  • A chance to shape the story of a company and a category from the ground up.
