Job description

Our client is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth, strengthen client relationships, and lead sales training initiatives for their electrical contracting division. This individual will play a key role in expanding market presence while developing and mentoring a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute business development strategies to generate new clients and expand market share.
-Build, maintain, and grow relationships with commercial, industrial, and strategic customers.
-Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to improve performance and achieve revenue goals.
-Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to guide sales strategy.
-Track sales performance, collaborate with internal teams, and represent the company at industry events.
Requirements:
-10+ years of business development or sales management experience in electrical contracting or construction
- Proven success meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive business decisions.
