Build Relationships. Grow Your Career. Make a Difference.
At SERVPRO Team Ridner, we're more than a restoration company—we help families and businesses recover after water damage, fire, mold, storms, and other unexpected disasters.
We're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Business Development Representative who enjoys meeting new people, building long-term partnerships, and making a real impact in the community.
If you're motivated by goals, enjoy networking, and want to work for a growing company where your effort directly impacts your income and career growth, we'd love to meet you.

  • Quarterly performance bonus based on referral sales

  • Target first-year earnings of approximately $60,000+

  • Paid training and ongoing coaching
  • Paid time off
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Career advancement opportunities
  • Supportive, team-oriented culture
Performance Bonus
Business Development Representatives participate in a quarterly bonus program based on 2.5% of qualified referral sales. This performance-based bonus rewards relationship building and territory growth, providing realistic on-target earnings of approximately $60,000+ annually, with additional upside for exceptional performance.
Build on an Established TerritoryThis is not a position where you'll be starting from scratch.
You'll inherit an established territory with existing referral partners and strong relationships throughout our seven-county service area. Rather than building a book of business from the ground up, you'll strengthen existing partnerships while creating new opportunities for growth.
You'll work with insurance professionals, property managers, business owners, healthcare facilities, municipalities, schools, contractors, and other referral partners who rely on SERVPRO when disaster strikes.
What You'll DoAs our Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for growing our commercial and residential referral network by building meaningful, long-term relationships throughout our community.
Daily Sales & Territory Management
  • Attend daily team meetings and coaching sessions
  • Plan and execute daily sales routes
  • Prepare for client meetings and prospecting activities
  • Prioritize daily objectives
  • Complete reporting and administrative tasks
Business Development
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Execute a structured territory management plan
  • Document customer interactions and sales activity
  • Develop and achieve monthly sales objectives
  • Conduct client appreciation activities
  • Follow up to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
Commercial Business Development
  • Present SERVPRO Emergency Ready Plans (ERP)
  • Gather facility information and emergency response data
  • Develop customized preparedness plans for commercial clients
  • Conduct follow-up visits to maintain relationships and readiness
Community Involvement
  • Coordinate continuing education events
  • Attend networking functions and community events
  • Participate in professional associations
  • Represent SERVPRO Team Ridner throughout the community
The Ideal CandidateThis position isn't for everyone.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and spending time in the community. Most days you'll be meeting with insurance professionals, property managers, business owners, schools, healthcare facilities, municipalities, and other referral partners—not sitting behind a desk.
You'll thrive in this role if you:
  • Love meeting new people and building relationships.
  • Are competitive and motivated by achieving goals.
  • Want your effort to directly impact your income.
  • Can work independently without constant supervision.
  • Stay organized and manage your own schedule effectively.
  • Follow through on commitments.
  • Build trust naturally rather than relying on high-pressure sales tactics.
  • Enjoy networking and becoming involved in your local community.
  • Want a long-term career with opportunities for growth.
This position is probably not a good fit if you prefer working behind a desk, dislike networking, or struggle with self-motivation.
Success comes from consistently building relationships, becoming a trusted resource in the community, and executing your daily sales plan.
QualificationsRequired
  • Minimum of two years of B2B outside sales experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in restoration, construction, property management, insurance, or other service industries
  • Strong business and financial acumen
Work EnvironmentThis position combines office work with extensive local travel throughout our service territory.
  • Full-time
  • Monday-Friday
  • Typical schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Up to 90% local travel
  • Occasional evening networking events and limited overnight travel
Why SERVPRO Team Ridner? At SERVPRO Team Ridner, we believe we're in the people business—we just happen to provide restoration services.

When disaster strikes, people need more than repairs—they need someone they can trust. That's why relationships matter here.
You'll receive hands-on coaching from an ownership team that is committed to your success. We don't believe in handing someone a territory and hoping for the best—we provide the training, support, and resources needed to help you build lasting relationships and grow your career.
We invest in our people because we believe great people build great companies. As we continue to grow, you'll have opportunities to grow with us.
If you're looking for more than just another sales job and want a career where your work genuinely makes a difference in your community, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply today and help us make a difference—one relationship at a time.
