WHY IMPAC FLEET

WHO THRIVES HERE

The most successful people on our team don't ask ..."What am I responsible for?"

They ask:

"What needs to get done?"

They don't wait for permission.

They don't walk past problems.

They don't point fingers.

They take ownership.

They help teammates.

They look for opportunities to contribute.

They understand that leadership is earned through action, not position.

THIS ROLE MAY BE A GREAT FIT IF...

✓ You thrive in a team environment

✓ You appreciate accountability and measurable goals

✓ You want leadership experience without sitting behind a desk all day

✓ You believe culture is something you contribute to, not something you receive

• Monday–Friday

• Daily engagement with your team

• Lead through professionalism, consistency, and effort
