Position Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales by managing leads and setting appointments for our sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, guiding them through the initial steps of their car-buying journey. Your primary focus will be to generate high-quality appointments for our sales team, ensuring they are equipped to convert leads into loyal customers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Management: Handle incoming leads from various channels (phone, web, social media) and respond promptly with the goal of securing appointments for the sales team.

  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring high conversion rates.

  • Customer Interaction: Build rapport with customers through phone calls, emails, and texts to understand their needs and preferences.

  • Follow-up: Engage in follow-up calls to ensure leads are nurtured and appointments are kept.
