Client: First-Tek, Inc.

Location: Houston, TX

Duration: Full Time

Schedule: 5 Days Onsite

Salary: $50,000 โ€“ $60,000 per year + Sales Incentives

Role Overview:

Full-time, office-based Business Development Manager responsible for growing and managing client accounts and expanding Cenergy Internationalโ€™s staffing, contract labor, vendor management, and special project services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

ยท       Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

ยท       Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

ยท       Generate new business through prospecting, outreach, networking, and pipeline development.

ยท       Manage the full client/account lifecycle, including job orders, candidate submissions, assignments, credentialing, and client requirements.

ยท       Build territory plans and targeted growth strategies, focusing on Energy, Aerospace/Defense, and Chemical industries.

ยท       Conduct inside and outside sales and communicate Cenergyโ€™s value proposition to prospects and clients.

ยท       Track account metrics, sales activity, forecasts, and progress toward goals.

ยท       Partner closely with Recruiting and leadership to fill client needs and drive business growth.

ยท       Address client issues and ensure high-quality, timely service delivery.

ยท       Leverage CRM and ATS tools to track activity, opportunities, and market feedback.

ยท       Help develop sales tools and strategies to support closing new business.

ยท       Ensure individual and team sales goals are achieved.

Ideal Candidate:

ยท       3โ€“5 years of staffing sales experience required.

ยท       2+ years of business development/account management experience in staffing, recruiting, or B2B sales.

ยท       Strong relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

ยท       Proven ability to influence executives and C-level stakeholders.

ยท       Highly organized, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

ยท       Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

ยท       Strong Microsoft Office/computer skills.

ยท       Willing to support clients outside normal business hours when needed.

 

Education:

Associate degree or higher in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred.

Compensation & Travel:

Monthly performance-based incentive/commission after probationary period.

Houston, TX office-based role with local travel.

Some overnight travel expected several times per month.
