What is a business development manager commission based?

Business Development Managers (Commission Based) are professionals responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for their company, with their earnings primarily tied to the deals they close or the revenue they generate. Unlike salaried roles, their compensation is mainly commission-based, incentivizing them to achieve sales targets and expand the company's client base.
