The Key Account Product Development Intern will serve as a key support to our sample workflow, working directly within the product development cycle for our most important customer accounts. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn product lifecycle management, international supply chain communication, and customer presentation development in a fast-paced, design-forward environment.

This position is expected to start in September 2026 and continue through the entire Fall 2026 term (through December 2026). Our internships are a minimum of 12 weeks, part-time and on-site.

In This Role

  • Manage end-to-end swatch logistics, including packing, unpacking, and coordinating finish swatch shipments to and from major retail customers and overseas offices
  • Maintain accurate tracking logs via Excel and internal systems for all incoming and outgoing development materials to ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain the organization, labeling, and cleanliness of the swatch room, and conduct periodic audits to ensure efficiency
  • Proactively pull required swatches from inventory ahead of internal and client design reviews, and assist with room resets following meetings
  • Build polished, visually compelling product pitch presentations for Key Account meetings using Portfolio software and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Maintain accurate tracking logs for warehouse samples and assist with sample pull requests and review coordination
  • Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Business, or a related field
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel; willingness to learn proprietary presentation software (Portfolio)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with international teams
  • Positive, eager-to-learn attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
