Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and community engagement
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options
  • Follow up on leads quickly and consistently to move prospects through the sales pipeline
  • Prepare quotes, present solutions, and close sales to meet production goals

Requirements
  • Active or ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (fully-paid by Farmers Insurance)
  • Proficiency in Communication and excellent Customer Service skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
